Besides, I'm a bit scared that those cabinets aren't all that sturdy!

FYI, you can also toast nuts in a toaster oven, per your other post. That would be the least heat-generating way to take care of them.

I did look on target.com. That was my price-point comparison. The Experimental Gourmandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05306158144122458200noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19954912.post-1151952917287556342006-07-03T14:55:00.000-04:002006-07-03T14:55:00.000-04:00target.com baby!I have an upright, so to speak, bu...target.com baby!

I have an upright, so to speak, but the previous posters pitch for toaster oven is persuasive. But you're kitchen is so small, maybe you can mount it under the cabinet.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19954912.post-1149921462000065242006-06-10T02:37:00.000-04:002006-06-10T02:37:00.000-04:00Toast, glorious toast. Recently I found rose petal jam at our local farmers market and it is heaven. I've taught Patrick to like toast wth gouda cheese. Mmm and ham and cheese sandwiches on toast w/ a little mustard.

As for toasters, we have moved to the toaster oven. That way we can toast sandwiches, thick breads, bagels even melt cheese for nachos. It's one of our most frequently used appliances. I highly recommend making the switch.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
